The typeface

Publishing is its natural universe, visual communication its territory of creative expression.


The Typorium, founded in 1989 by typographic designer Jean-Renaud Cuaz, is rooted in respect for artisanal typographic traditions. It aims to innovate in favor of maximum readability on all connected media and equipment.


The first two Typorium characters, ITC Cerigo and ITC Ellipse, were created under license from International Typeface Corporation (ITC - New York) and distributed by MyFonts, Adobe, Monotype, Linotype and FontShop. The following characters are licensed and distributed MyFonts by Monotype and its partners.
